Shipping policy

1. We have three major shipping warehouse, China warehouse, USA warehouse and Germany warehouse.

2. For USA Orders: We will ship it from USA warehouse for priority when the product have US stock, otherwise, it will be shipped from China warehouse. You can see where it is shipped from in our product page.

3. For EU Countries Orders: We will ship it from Germany warehouse for priority when the product have Germany warehouse stock, otherwise, it will be shipped from China warehouse. You can see where it is shipped from in our product page.

4. For Other Countries: We will ship it directly from China warehouse.

5. All orders will be shipped via registered mail with tracking number, you can track the package all the way from sending to delivery.

6. Normally, all orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payment received.If anything unusual happens, we will contact you in advance before shipping.
