Refund policy

Here is our return and refund policy:

1. We have 90 days return policy, you can return the product within 90 days after you received the product. 

Seller will be responsible for product's problem, such as not working, not as description, damaged, defective etc...

Buyer will be responsible for returns if it is caused by their own problems, such as not like it, deos not fit, don't need it anymore, buy it by mistake etc...

2. The refund will be issued within 24 hours after we received the return package.

3. We have more than 2 years warranty for our products, if you have any problems with the product, you can just contact us directly, we will help you check and resolve your problem as soon as we can.

Kind Notice:  When you installed our products and cannot get it to work, or not working properly, please do remember to contact our tech supports for helps first, our tech supports is free, and we will guide you steps by steps to resolve your problem.  

For the customers who didn't get the product to work, or didn't installed product successfully, it normally was because they did a wrong installation or setup. Our tech supports will help to check and guide tehm to fix the issues.
