Q: Is it easy to install it in my car ?
A: This product requires you to remove your car radio head unit and screen, then followed the wiring diagrams & instructions inside our package to install in into your car, and then put everything back. All of our wiirng and plugs are designed to connect to car original plugs and interfaces directly, no need to cut anything original, and it won't affect your car original system or functions.
Q: Can you help me if I have issues or need helps ?
A: Yes, we provide 7x16 hours and 1vs1 tech supports . We can guide you steps by steps with the instalaltion and settings, and product usage. If you need helps, you can contact us before or while installing the product, our tech supports will help you. Our tech supports can also provide local language supports.

Q: How could I play audio sounds in CarPlay | Android Auto ?
A: Our product support both Aux input and Car original Bluetooth input to play audio sounds in CarPlay or Android Auto. In our user manual, it will show you steps how to setup with them, or you can get help from us directly.

About Shipping

About Tariff Tax
x1. Our selling price does not including tariffs or sales taxes.
2. Different countries have different tax policies. When we ship a package, we usually declare the value of the package within the local minimum tax standard, which can help the recipient avoid customs duties. But not all countries has its tax-free policy, some countries will apply customs duty for every packages, no matter how much value it is.
